Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the product description

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received (or verified via photo evidence for damaged goods), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you'd like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
