In rare cases, items may become unavailable after an order is placed, in which case we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Since we work with 3–4 different fulfillment providers, shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued after review. Return eligibility may vary by product and supplier.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
