At Vellox One, we work with 3–4 trusted dropshipping suppliers to bring you a wide range of products. Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
- Domestic (US): 5–12 business days
- International: 10–25 business days depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Free shipping promotions may apply on eligible orders.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
